How to grow hair faster by the food that you eat.
I’m often asked if it’s possible to grow hair faster. I’m not a big believer in taking supplements and pills but more about having a healthy diet and the right intake of food to make hair grow faster.
It’s important to have enough iron, protein, omega-3 fatty acids, biotin (Vitamin B7), calcium, zinc and vitamins A and C to grow hair faster and stronger.
To grow hair faster, men should also be looking at their diets and what they consume in order to make hair look and feel thicker and stronger.
